TELTEC staff member at support serviceThe TELTEC service, process and applications engineers are all trained by our Principals, at factory sites, to the same standards as the Principals' engineers. TELTEC engineers bridge the gap between customers and Principals by locally monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on products in the field. Our engineers understand production and technology issues and how they impact device manufacturing. They cooperate with customers to understand present and future manufacturing requirements and to communicate those needs to our Principals.

An important branch of the support group is administrative operations. TELTEC provides the warehouses, systems and staff to manage spare parts inventories nearby the customers' facilities, and we also assist customers with their on-site spare-parts inventories.




TELTEC has vast experience in supporting Therma-Wave systems and is happy to provide you with THERMA-WAVE PARTS, services and pre-owned equipment.

TELTEC has many Semix parts on inventory.

TELTEC offers repair services for IDI-Cybor resist pumps and some robots.

TELTEC is ISO certified.
