Summer Festival 2026 – Achieving More Together

Sometimes, team spirit is best demonstrated outside the everyday work environment. Our summer party this year was the perfect example of this.

Through a variety of team activities, we experienced collaboration from a different perspective and once again saw that communication, trust, and working together in harmony are the foundation of our success—not only when facing daily challenges but also in our everyday work.

As colleagues from our different locations came together, we also took the opportunity to provide an update during our Quarterly Meeting on the current business situation, as well as our shared goals and future developments.

After the sporting activities in temperatures exceeding 40°C, we had more than earned our BBQ together. In a relaxed atmosphere, we looked back on the day, enjoyed great conversations, and spent valuable time together.

The perfect finale was a cozy evening with delicious cocktails in the historic center of Hof—a wonderful way to end an all-around successful day.
